In early development I thought it would be a fun idea to develop the utilities of Coruscant. What does an air duct or filter system look like at such a density and depth? I thought the normal dust one might find in a real world HVAC system would create its own landscape of dunes and hills inside the filters of this massive machine. My goals in these concepts was to develop a side of Coruscant that we seldom see; it would give clear thematic distinction to spaces while paying homage to that classic Star Wars trash compactor.
