These are some of the key concepts for the Dustline biome just outside the Great Wall of Rivermark. The goal was to show a devastated landscape, while remaining beautiful and inviting. In my mind the vesper vibrations stripped and remade the environment and all that was in it into strands of rock and dust. Oxidized iron left pools of rusty pigment, and life began to break back out through the cracks. Massive ribbons of rock were left frozen in time splashing against the wall. The color and formations would be utilized for pathing/cover, giving red streams a distinct highlight while reinforcing the story of decay and distortion.
Thank you to the whole team at Wildlight Entertainment for the opportunity to collaborate and create this world with them.
