Coastal Basalt Biome

This is a wide shot of the flat wetlands on the planet Koboh in Jedi: Survivor. These concepts were my experiments to show the versatility of some of the basalt formations, especially for platforming. The more unique fracturing formations in the background would give iconic silhouettes to the open landscape. In the swampy shot the rusty barnacle growths would break the familiar shapes into a more alien, and uncomfortable, feeling.
