Koboh Abyss Anomaly

The Anomaly near Koboh was a dangerous and unnavigable formation hiding the mystical planet, Tanalorr within it. The concept images I created expanded on my earlier, magnetized, tendril-like, formations of the Koboh Dust the player uncovers in the Koboh System. Since I was developing both concurrently I tried to find and explore the notion of this dust as both a powerful tool and a dangerous boundary; it would be something both beautifully alluring as well as frightening. This would reflect Cal's own conflicted journey to his ultimate goal.
