The Ancient Extractor Interior Hall

In early development I proposed an ancient architecture that embodied the kind of harvesting theme you experience as a player. The interaction with the world of the lost continent was a small echo of an older, more majestic, theme of magic that pulled the continent apart. These architectural explorations were my attempt deploy a consistent visual language of triangular "pockets" . The triangular pockets would filter and concentrate vesper (magic). The detail callouts are my early tests of an ancient metallic style of folded layers, giving the scale and detail of ancient artifacts while harmonizing with our metallic guns and tech.
